HOW TO ORDER
We offer three ways to order our pottery from from this sit:
- Some items have a buy button or choice menu for placing your order. Then you will be taken to an invoice page where you may review your order or make adjustments before submitting for payment using a secure transaction.
- Custom items are ordered by filling out the order form with all relevant information. You will be asked for preferred payment method (Pay-Pal or by check) unless you are sending an inquiry. We try to make a follow-up contact within 24 hrs to confirm the order, payment arrangements and shipping details. Personalized items that are custom made are normally paid at time the order is placed. In some case a down payment is OK and the balance paid when it is finished. We encourage not sending credit card information via email
- Orders may be placed by telephone or e-mail. Or by printing an order form and mailing it to Oakleaf Pottery, Box 33, Bally, PA 19503.

Shipping: Items will be shipped after payment is cleared. We ship via Priority Mail and may use UPS or FedEX whichever offers the better price and service. We will calculate the shipping/handling costs when we receive the mailing address so that you will know the exact cost.
We'll be happy to ship your purchase to another shipping address and enclose a gift card you would like to send.
We may ship some items overseas. Shipping costs can be calculated at the time of order or we may calculate the shipping cost for an item ahead of time so that you will know what the total cost will be before placing an order.
Returns: We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If the item is significantly different from what is expected, please contact us to let us know what the problem is. If agreeable, we will arrange for a return with a refund less shipping costs or an exchange for something of equal value. Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the buyer. If an uninsured item is damaged during shipment we will need evidence of the damage and the responsibility will be ours for replacement.
